Over the past decade, RIC has expanded its operations beyond its home market, successfully delivering projects across the GCC region, including Oman, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia, as well as several countries in Africa. Our involvement spans a wide range of residential, commercial, institutional, and mixed-use developments, where we have provided not only material supply but also turnkey design and implementation services.

With proven expertise in all types of construction industries, LCP is recognized as one of the leading construction companies in Oman.
- Almasakin International is a real estate development company founded in 2015, specializing in residential and commercial projects tailored to low and medium-budget segments in Oman.
The company has successfully developed landmark projects such as Palm Tower One (44 apartments, 9 shops), Palm Tower Two (55 apartments, 12 shops), and Palm Tower Three (66 apartments, 13 shops). With its vision set on expansion, Almasakin International is now targeting the development of luxury apartments and upscale buildings to attract a broader customer base.
